This is actually happening to me right now.
I love someone very much but we are just not right for each other and it cannot work. I had to end things with him a few days ago and I am so heartbroken, but it's for the best.
It would have hurt more in the long run if we had continued things as they were. Sometimes, you have to step up and face the facts. And move on, as sad as that is.

yes and ive pursued them even though i knew it would fail...not very often but when you go 3 years at a time without sex cuz you haven't found the right guy, you get lonely ;)
