Am I being haunted?

I am a fifteen-year-old girl, and I only sleep during the day. Lately, I've had this wierd feeling that I'm not alone, and I can sense a male presence around me where ever I go. There's this strange cologne-like smell, and it follows me around all the time. No matter how many showers I take, the smell still lingers. Also, about a week ago, I was alone in the kitchen and I felt a hand touch my backside. I feel like I'm being stalked, and it's scaring me.
It wouldn't be surprising to me if I was being pursued by a ghost--I have experimented with Ouija boards and talked to a racist demon named Tizy.
Is this for real, or am I going crazy?

You're not crazy, but you probably do have a very active imagination and you're off your sleep schedule. That is not to downplay what you believe you're experiencing, but it's very likely that you've spooked yourself and now the power of suggestion has you interpreting everything in terms of ghosts. The feeling of not being alone is very much subjective and controlled by the power of suggestion. Regarding the cologne, there may be some cologne or other aromatic substance somewhere around the house that you're smelling, or again you could be just your imagination. The sense of being touched again can be just an artifact of the high attention you are giving to your senses and surroundings due to your anxiety about the ghost. And don't forget your sleep schedule has been disrupted and that can lead to fatigue and even hallucinations if you are sleep-deprived.

And Ouija boards are not communication channels for spirits -- they are simply child toys that work on the ideomotor effect.

My advice is to take a deep breath and think rationally -- you've not seen any ghosts, and right now you're super-sensitive to what you believe is supernatural because you're scared. That's all. Remember that there is no scientific evidence for spirits even existing in the first place.

you do not need to believe everything that you read when using a Ouija board it is all in your head. i am thinking maybe you freaked your self out when playing with it. Try looking up ideomotor effect and you will learn more about the Ouija board. i mean if it was really all that demonic then they would not be selling them in stores like Toys-R-us. Some times when we think something is happening to us we see things, smell thing and hear things that are not there. Has anyone else smelled what you smell. If you feel that you are being "harassed" by this entity that you claim is following you then i would try to contact some paranormal group or you can try praying. Prayer might calm your nerves down. If you have any more questions feel free to message me and i will educate you as much as i am able. I understand that there are things in this world that can not be explained but the truth is most of the paranormal activity that people have can be explained. I think you might get some rude remarks because of your age but i think that everyone has the ability to experience paranormal activity.

No your not crazy at all.

Let's talk Ouija. i have three boards, one is one of the original boards made back in the early 1900's very expensive but regardless of the value of the board and the many test i have performed I have never seen any indication that they have any paranormal value. I am a paranormal investigator so yes i am a believer but in some ways I myself am a skeptic as i do not allow every orb, shadow and sound influence the out-come of my findings. The power of suggestion is very strong and is so strong that we can even fool ourselves which is bad in many ways. we want to believe things so bad we can lose sight of whats normal and paranormal.

the things you said in your posting can be seen from both aspects of believer and non-believer and the sad part is that not enough is present to give you a good answer.

At this point it is important to keep your mind open and not allow yourself to be persuaded by anything just yet.

Be brave as nothing bad has really happened and may never happen. If for some reasons things get worse then yes it be wise to bring others into it. Listen to others around you and see if they pick up on anything like smells or whatever.

If your religious and your parents are as well make a suggestion to have a priest come and bless your house. No need to claim i am being stalked to have this done. Being that the activity is minor at this point and if it is paranormal the blessing will end the problem.

Don't consider yourself crazy .... I have heard about people being followed by spirits of the past .... It will go as soon as you decide to cast it away... You have to know that ghosts rule in the spiritual domain ... In the materialized world they cannot harm you .... They are only memories that linger .... Try to contact it try to learn more about it .... Only then this memory will stop haunting you.... DO NOT FEAR IT.... No matter what it is demon, ghost , specter, shadow don't let it play with your soul..... Be strong.... Fortify your soul get some sleep during the night and don't let a spirit ruin your life.... Just find out want this thing is and try to wipe out this memory... The more you pay attention to it the stronger it becomes .... Make yourself strong enough to make it reveal and consume itself.... It's not for real, and your not going crazy. The human mind is very suggestive. When we are scared of something we often look for things so hard that we see them. Try not to be scared it's probably nothing, and if you don't pay attention to it then it will go away.

It's very likely that in playing with the board you invited Tizy in. Now you have to get rid of him.

From the description it is very likely that Tizy is a demon. Not a ghost.

I could give you a list of reputable books on the subject, but they'd just frighten you.

The key to a situation like this is NOT to be afraid. These things detest laughter and joy. They hate love. They seek only to knock us down and convince us that we are worthless.

A St. Benedict Jubilee medal is a mini-exorcism. You can pick up an aluminum medal at just about any Catholic store for a dollar or so. Then take it to a Catholic church and have any priest bless it.

Get bossy with it. We (humans) are children of God. That's why they hate us so. As children of God we can kick their butts. Tell it it is not welcome in your home. Order it to leave.

Blank's post is also very good. But we'll just have to agree to disagree about the issue of boards. The board itself is, as Blank says, just a toy. It's in the use of it that things go wrong. Any time we try to contact the dead we are dialing a random radio. We never know what we'll pick up. Or allow in.

Demons are real. For the record, earthbound human spirits are fictitious.
There is a war going on between angels and demons over earth. Demons are way to powerful for us to fight by ourselves, we need the help of God and his angelic army.
To get that you need to Pray for him to be in your life and to protect you. Ask for fogiveness for any past sins.
It would help to familiarize yourself with the biblical definitions of sin. Its not really hard to obey them, unless you dont know them.
Sin will attract demons to you. Using a ouija board is actually considered sin in the bible. If you eliminate the sin from your life, the demons will leave.
