They are cramming an Amnesty Bill down our throats as the wide majority of Americans vehemently oppose it. They are spending us head-long into financial oblivion. The national debt is approaching 9 TRILLION dollars. Our children and grand children will be debt slaves. They are "surging" us further into the Halliburton windfall meat-grinder in the Middle East. They have become bold and arrogant.

Recent words from the Decider:
“I’ll see you at the signing table"
“I won't take no for an answer"

So I ask you, "What are you gonna do about it?"

I've never voted Democrat in my life, voted for Bush in '00. The parties have become two heads of the same snake.

I am surprised there has not been another revolution in your country. Even worse than what you mention is that your government, no matter what party is in charge, is taking away your freedoms and destroying your middle and working class by outsourcing your jobs in the name of free trade.

"When patience has begotten false estimates of its motives, when wrongs are pressed because it is believed they will be borne, resistance becomes morality."

"The oppressed should rebel, and they will continue to rebel and raise disturbance until their civil rights are fully restored to them and all partial distinctions, exclusions and incapacitations are removed."

"As revolutionary instruments (when nothing but revolution will cure the evils of the State) [secret societies] are necessary and indispensable, and the right to use them is inalienable by the people."

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."

These four quotes ARE from a revolutionary - Thomas Jefferson.

Stop voting Democrat and start pulling the Republican ticket would be a good start for you. Just hearing the names I've listed below makes my stomach turn. Is this the best the Democratic left has to offer??? All they do is blame everyone else for their problems, most that they voted for or started in the first place and refuse to support. I refuse to vote for hypocrites while waiting to hear their solutions.

If nothing else 08 is going to be fun to watch.

I don't see you demanding Bush's head for ignoring the will of the people by prolonging this war. I don't see you demanding Bush's head for ignoring the will of the people by maintaining the basis for our embarassment of a healthcare system or by undermining attempts to address the reality that is global warming.
Why does Bush have to follow the majority now (not that you have produced evidence that this is a majority - not saying it isn't just wondering why you are so sure it is)? Is it because suddenly you are a member of that majority?

Bush fathered illegals and has referred to this earlier in his speeches. They are going to ride out the remaining months of his term with as few scandals as they can manage. If this involves turning a deaf ear on our country's needs, they will.
Some are going to prison. Some are resigning, and if they aren't, they are being asked to vote for the ouster of other colleagues. Do not expect much from the Bush people until they are out. They have summarized their service.

I will make it clear to every representative that I have via email, that if they vote for this defacto amnesty, or any other form of it, I will vote them out in the next election. Every American who cares about our country (especially minorities if they want to not have any benefits they receive sliced into a fraction) should vote against this trash.
