My friend; that can't be calculated.
And it's not a matter that how much it costs to them. Just make them feel that they are more lucky person than us.

catch a bus? as much as it would normally cost anyone else who is on a "concession card" or a pension card (unless the driver is "extra nice" and let them get on for free - but they can get into trouble for this not too mention it is so patronising)

go to the movies? same price as a "concession" ticket of a person on the disability pension. (people who are blind can still hear and follow the story most of the time)

what city? .... most cities in Australia I would imagine, jobees. Exact prices depends on what ever city that blind person is in.

I don't think any person who are blind would use their conditon to get freebies. Surely - you know this.

It varies. In Atlanta, you can get a "half-fare" card for the public transit system that entitles you to a half-fare (applies to anyone with a documented disability).

There are special programs wher e one can get discount or even free tickets to many events.
