how do you tell a girl that the way she sitting
you get a clear view up her skirt not to metion shes going comando so you can see her cash and prizes
with out sounding like a pervert

Did you ever think maybe she was doing it on purpose, for you???
Maybe you were a lucky guy and she was giving you an invite to the bank, so you could make a deposit.
(sorry a little rude, but could be true)
If you knew her, maybe you could subtly that she has food on her skirt, that way, your not really pointing out that you have seen her "pink rose", but she will become conscious of her skirt and remember she is going commando.
That way you don't look like a pervert

BUT! In the interest of all that is decent and gentlemanly I'd get her attention somehow then gesture the closing of the legs. Once she realized her bank was showing its accounts, I'd give her the wink and the gun to avoid a fantasy robbery by ***** & Slide.

Tell her you don't appreciate seeing everything she has to offer. I think if she is going commando as you put it and sitting in a provocative way she is fully aware of what others see.
If I were you I would run as fast as I could away from her. She sounds like trouble.
