Do men get turned on when their nipples are stimulated? I know girls do, but I'm wondering about men.

I hear where you are coming from. I can only answer for me. I don't. I don't think that other men do either, because even though we have nipples the nerves in them are different. They are not designed to provide milk, or be stimulated. Now I bet there are men out there that would disagree. But I would wonder if they were a little feminine. Good question!

Nipple nerves are connected to the genitals to provide an incentive for the mother to allow the baby to suck. Males are just deformed females and in many of us the nipple-genital connection is alive and very well.
Writing personally, my own are very, very sensitive and my lady loves to play with them. We have a very, very good time with just nipple stroking but for the full effect try "pocket rockets".
