Usually never the same in diameter or circumference. Just part of being a woman. Most right breasts are larger in size just like one foot is usually larger than the other. If it is too noticeable or bothersome a plastic surgeon can easily make them even, if you wish and it is that severe. It is not a comfortable surgery however, I am pleased that mine are perfectly round now. I detest oversized ones, in my opinion. After breastfeeding I was very self conscience about them and had that fixed. Best of luck to you!!!

how different?
its all a matter of degrees. one larger is normal, one thats puffy or reddish or has a lumpy appearance is not good. if the nipple is not pointing straight something is wrong.

Yes, it means you're still growing up and adjusting. Once you've finished puberty they should be the same.

No set of boobs are identical, so yes. But if one looks funky, like something's wrong, get it looked at.
