It's just another way for them to hit out at you. If you've gotten in an argument (duh - it's a question and answer site) and they got wupped - they start calling you stalker.
I'm guessing 20% of the time it's a troll (had one tonight trying to call me out), 40% is angry people, and the last 40% is psychotics.
I've also seen a lot of people blame YA when they get a violation - silly as that is.

This is a real game played here on Y/A.
Participants make postings that are clearly "trolling" questions; designed specifically to annoy or insult others. They live for getting negative replies. They have their contact links open (email, 360º) and then when they get angry replies to their "questions," they claim it's "stalking."
Legitimate questions do not usually receive malicious attention.
And, of course,"stalker" is just another label or slur they can use.

I don't know the answer to this, but I do know that there was one con, who blocked me, even though I had never emailed him, or stalked him, or cloned him, or harassed him, or trolled him, or reported him, or anything else.....I actually don't do any of those things to anyone. I don't even remember ever answering any of his questions. Yet, he blocked me, and nobody else that I know. So, I blocked him back! *sm*

Because they are guilty. The guilty are always afraid. They have stolen our jobs and the wealth of our nation and deposited them in foreign territories.

If you send them more than two e-mails within a 24 hour period you're likely to be labeled a "stalker". That's because cons are paranoid by nature. They always think that someone is out to get them.
