I have this like inability to keep still while I'm on the phone. I get told continuously to sit down but I can't help it. And I know they cant see my making the hand gestures but it just comes naturally because i talk wih my hand at work

I can't help it!!! Most of the time I just fiddle with stuff, pull loose strings, cut up paper, stuff like that. I'm very fidgety sometimes. Although if I want to make rude hand gestures and I know they can't see me I take total advantage of that.

I only do it if I'm trying to describe something and I'm having a hard time thinking of the right words. When I realize that I'm doing it I feel stupid and just hope that no one saw me.
