Ever since I have been going to Porntube, youporn, etc. My computer has been acting like it has a virus.. Are these places loaded with spyware?

Most of these sites are sending you bytes which have hidden viruses, worms trojens which can harm your computer spread by replicating themselves
and most dangerous is if they steal your information like your location, address, p[hone numbers, documents, pictures and passwords and mostly credit card and accounting details.
Learn how to use a firewall and install it on your system.
Zone alarm is a free firewall you can trust on them provided you learn how it works.

Mechanically speaking, your computer is fine, but visiting porn sites is asking for trouble because you just never know what you are going to get there. Better to rent a DVD or something like that. You should probably get some anti-spyware software, and anti-virus, etc., software to clean out the BS out of your computer.

They sure are i mean porn sites offer the most vicious spywares adwares malwares trojans viruses worms and all bad stuff!You need a good anti virus now id advise you to take NOD32 its the best i think

websites like that are full of adverts/spyware/viruses that can be loaded onto your machine when you visit the sites. Any site that has pop ups should be treated as suspicious. Make sure you have a firewall and up to date virus scanning software appliction running before visiting sites like that.

You can get viruses anywhere but porn sites are often known to have them. If you do not already have anti-virus and anti-spyware programs on your PC, go to www.freewarefiles.com and download
AVG anti-virus and Spybot
They are free and they work

The first thing to do to speed up pc and get rid of malwares and viruses is cleaning the registry with a program like CCLeaner http://bit.ly/UrAtB4
It's the best choice.

No. you can only get a virus from execting a program. Popup windows jujst tell your web browser to open up a new page. there are hardly any viruses out there for mac yet anyway

No, it cannot install such things unless you authorize it. If it asks you to download something, and install, then watch out, otherwise streaming videos will not harm your computer. You may want to make sure you clean out your cache and cookies however, i suggest you use a tool such as CCleaner (CCleaner.com) You also may want to download Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware. Both are free, and effective at removing harmful programs. Good luck!
