Need help on Invisible Princess Peach level on Paper Mario: Thousand year door?

I'm having trouble finding out 30 seconds on the dot without using a timer. Is there another way to figure exactly 30 seconds? Also, I LIKE PIE!

One more thing... want to come to a fart, fart, fart, farty party? It has pie, and cookies, and ice cream, and a really smelly atmosphere because of all the farting.
