No she did not. His father did not give her his real name. He called her Sara and she called him Tom. I don't believe he knew why she was in Australia.

Not really sure what Ana Lucia knew. However, as an FYI. You can catch transcripts of every episode of Lost at Lost-TV.com. I missed several episodes of Season 2 and that's how I caught up.
