Not THAT solid a Trekkie....LOVED pretty much ALL StarTrek vararities--except DS9 (never caught on w/me).
I'm thinking original StarTrek. The planet where run by these long raven haired green skinned Amazon-like women...now THEY were sexy...and the Queen TRULY had feelings for Kirk! What was HER name???? Now she was sexy!!!
In some S&M sense I guess the Borg female character "7 of 9" was hot. And the Vulcan female character on "Enterprise" (who I think DOES hold a flame for Capt. Archer) also is sexy as well.
Again....I'm not THAT huge a fan....but I know what appeals to me.

Mr.Spock is definitely the "sexiest star trek alien" lol. i started watching star trek on TV Land (not a full trekkie yet but definitely getting there) and i've loved the show since, specially mr. spock lol in case you hadn't noticed lol.
