You can't tell what Bush is going to do. If the feeling hits him one day, he might just say, bring 'em on. I do think he will have us in war with Iran before he leaves office.

I don't think that the president can just start wars whenever he feels like it. Other branches of the government have to approve and pass the movement, if I'm not mistaken.
