10-6x +3>1
13-6x>1
-6x>-12
-x>-2
as we multiply both sides by -1 so we wil reverse the inequality sign.Therefore
x<2

10-3(2x-1) >1

expand,
10 - 6x + 3 > 1
10 + 3 - 1 > 6x
12 > 6x
x < 12/6
x < 2
