That movie rocks my socks off.

And Broderick was (and still is) sexy (in a dorky kind-of way) as hell (for an old guy.)

If Matthew Broderick was my age, I would date him, marry him and have mind-rocking sex all day long with him.

Same here! Although I had more of a crush on Alan Ruck (Cameron). He was so cute, and I felt so bad for him. I used to dream about having mind-blowing sex with him.

That movie is everything I dreamed high school would be like. Also, Ferris Bueller is GOD. :)

At this point, I only like the two guys who steal the car and go joy riding for the day. They're the righteous wrath brought down upon a smarmy little brat.

You can call me an old curmudgeon now.

My older sister and I are addicted to that movie (since it was released...1986). Anytime I see Matthew Broderick in any other movie or show, I think....Bueller? Bueller?........

Plus, the movie took place in my hometown...Chicago!!!!!

Hated it, and I grew up in Chicago and was of that age when the movie came out. In any Midwest school he would've been beaten up regularly for being the dork he was and no one living in Chicago would've done such lame, boring stuff on a ditch-day.

Oh, he's very popular Ed. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, waistoids, dweebies, dickheads - they all adore him. They think he's a righteous dude.

LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!

The real question is...who doesn't?!

I know someone who looks EXACTLY like him...we are talking SPITTING image...I love that movie, especially the "Twist and Shout" scene, and when his mom tells him she'll make him some soup at the end and he does that little squirm thing, lol. ^_^
