I want to name my kids names that are pretty yet modern...not old fashioned names !! what do you think about these names and do you have any other suggestions ???
Aubrey Madison Jade - girl
Channing - girl or boy
Landen - boy
Miley Alexis - girl

Aubrey is a very old fashioned name-it was popular in the 1900's! I love the name Madison Jade though!
Please don't name your child Channing,its almost child cruelty.
Landen is a very nice name, i love it!
Miley Alexis is also very pretty!
I love the name Leyla Rose
And for a boy....Christie James or Bryler Yousif

Don't you think the first one is a little long? How about Olivia Jade, that way you'll have still Jade as the middle name. I do like Aubrey though. Maybe try Aubrey Lynn. I don't like Channing. Landon looks better with an o instead of an e. Miley Alexis isn't too bad.

Aubrey Madison Jade is just too long...try cutting it short to either Aubrey Jade or Madison Jade..lovely names though..love all 3 as to Miley Alexis..its cool..like it..modern and not too out there! Landon is one of my favorites! With a O the end instead of E. and Channing i dont like...it sounds like a regular work instead of a name.

Aubrey is old fashioned name - not heard much these days though. channing sounds like a suburb, landen is a surname and miley would get teased. Alexis is a nice name, and not overly used. Every second kid is a madison - too common. Jade is nice. How about older names with modern spellings?

PS Channing is french for 'high church official' and you are right - it is a boys name.

Aubrey is pretty and I don't hear it a lot at preschool. Madison is overdone and I just don't like Jade. Channing makes me think of Stockard Channing the actress. Landen is a good boy's name (and those are the hardest--girls are taking all the good boy names). Miley is the name of the girl on Hannah Montana. It's cute, but people could think you named her after that character.

I like the first one but there are too many names involved... do you really want your kid having to write all three all the time? I would keep the first two of the name.
I don't really care for Channing.
Landen sounds charming.
The third one, I am not sure about Miley but it goes very well with Alexis.

Aubrey will be a brat. Channing will be gay but have some good friends. Landen will be into sports. Miley will have a horrible laugh.
