Death - I'm not sure
Religion - Definitely too serious sometimes
*On second thought, I'd like to say for sure about death as well. I just realized that, as a nurse, we often have a warped sense of humor about death and make jokes that others might find "inappropriate"... however, it's how a lot of us deal with seeing it so much, and would go insane without a little humor.

Yea totally. I think people shouldn't worry about all that death or religion stuff because life is short and all they're doing is taking time from their life. I say LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST have fun, do what you want to do! And do the best you can!

I guess if you're religious then religion would be a serious matter. Yes, I agree, many people take it pretty seriously.

While they both can be serious subjects, I don't feel we should cram our beliefs down someone else's throat or point fingers at them for believing differently!
And they both can have funny sides- if you have a sense of humor, that is!

I think they should take it seriously for themselves if they like but keep it light with others if you know what I mean. I don't like the politics of religion
