Why do supporters of Senator Clinton REFUSE to hold her to account for her hawkish stand on the Iraq war? I mean, her "if I knew then what I know now" excuse is beyond the pale. Millions, if not billions, of people around the world were taking to the streets to protest the war before it even began.

How can any person of conscience support Ms. Clinton given her votes, not just for Bush's wars, but for the Patriot Act?!?!?

And WHY would anyone (including conservatives) believe anything that she has to say about health care reform when she is accepting thousands of dollars in campaign donations from the medical insurance and pharmaceutical industries?

If I was a conservative, I wouldn't be all that worried about another Clinton presidency ... despite her (feigned) critical rhetoric, her voting record shows she is marching in lock step with the Republicans. Her foreign policy seems to be cut from the same right-wing cloth as Lieberman and Miller.

If I'm wrong, PLEASE correct me.

To Pinche_Bush - First, why in the hell would I be in Iraq fighting a war I never supported? And secondly, just because Bush lied (and for all we know, he honestly believed his advisors' BS) doesn't mean she had to vote for the war. She voted for it because, like 99% of the Democratic party, she SUPPORTED the war. People like you are absolving her of any and all responsibility. So again, I ask, when are her supporters going to demand that she renounce her vote? And WHY should anyone believe that once in office, she won't continue Bush's policies?

I'm still hoping to hear from some of Senator Clinton's supporters! I already know why Republicans hate her.

This whole thing about her being "tricked" and "fooled" absolves her of all responsibility for her voting record. Are we to believe that Senator Clinton is that gullible? I think the more likely answer is that (a) she staunchly supported the war or (b) she was playing it safe because she didn't have the guts to speak out as did other, braver, souls.

So please, supporters of Senator Clinton, tell me - did you support the war? Were you "tricked" or "fooled" by the Bush administration? And do you and your candidate feel any responsibility whatsoever for changing our foreign policy? I've heard nothing from Senator Clinton indicating that she has any concrete plans for ending the war and in fact, seems to be suggesting that she will maintain the status quo.

Trust me, I HOPE I'm wrong!

Hillary Clinton voted to support the Iraq war and the Patriot Act. Thus, Democrats and her supporters must be aware that she has sided with President Bush on critical issues.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know if Hillary Clinton will likely win.

i think of it could be extra precise to declare that she have been given guilted into it.that is all part of of this positioned up Vietnam guilt holiday that the conservatives have been laying on the liberals for years that asserts that the reason that we misplaced the conflict became because of the fact which you men protested it and in doing so tacitly supported the enemy . So Hillary became of course attentive to that historic past and did not have the ethical braveness to stand up and take the slings and arrows that a Senator from ny could maximum extremely have taken. i don't agree along with her yet being of that technology myself and having participated in a quantity anti-conflict protests i won't be able to be too problematic on her for doing it

I'm not a clinton supporter - but this idea that a decision once made can never be updated or changed is ludicrous. New evidence comes to light, situations change, and new ideas emerge.

Some call it flip flopping - I call it thoughtfulness and critical thinking.

Well DUUUUHHH!! They're her supporters! That means they are TOO DUMB to think things out like that! That power mad 'hore would say anything in any accent to get elected! She would flip-flop like a fish out of water to get more power. John Kerry took lessons from her.
If you were a conservative, you would be a lot smarter than you are now!
Reminds me of the "Dragnet" theme:~ Dumb~de~ dumb~dumb~!

You don't have to look past her days as first lady to see that she is a lying, hypocritical, crooked piece of garbage.

By the way, Lieberman is certainly not right wing. Just because he refused to buckle to some far left nut jobs, does not make him a right winger. It makes him one of the few left wingers with dignity.
