Try http://www.babynames.com or maybe think of some prominent rich people and what their names are for an idea? Not Paris, Britney or Jessica...they seem a bit to over used but that's my opinion.

When I think rich snobby popular whatever type of girl characters I think of really abstract and superficial names that know one else wold have.

Like...

Brinkley
Huxley
Ophelia
Katrina
Ariel
Umbriel
Pepper

Those are just some I can think of at the top of my head. I hope that helps.

http://www.parenthood.com/babynames.html

check out top names; maybe one will strike you. I'm sure you'll find something. it's always fun to pick out names for a character. if you want suggestions, though, I guess you're looking for something like Priscilla or Ashley? Or if you want something a bit more classical, Margaret or Georgia?
