i have polip on my uterous,should i remove this or not,is it a risk for me during pregnancy?

in beginning it started bleed but it does not bleed now,but i dont feel any problem wid it,tell me dat will it automatically removed or not,will it cause any risk for me any time?

See a Doc . You did say uterus? or on the out side? If it's in the inside it could b a problem . If on outside it could b burned off.
