There have been no significant studies to show that vibration training has any advantageous affects over normal resistence and strength training or that it can make you fast in any way. Vibrations training has been found to increase knee flexion and response and may be a useful tool for physical therapists because it may cut recovery time for injured patients. Since the use of vibration is still experiemental (even though it's been around for 40 years) and it was developed for Russian astronauts to stay in shape while in space I am skeptical of the practicality. However my suggestion is to keep a log of your activities and times and see for yourself what happens.

Personally I think there may be a niche for this more on a theraputic level although future research may deem it more useful than initally thought for athletes.

A good case study is presented on the Peak Performance website:

this is purely that way once you think of of them that way. supply up questioning approximately them. once you do this there should not be any adverse vibration in any respect. If there is then you definately might desire to alter your very own physique of strategies approximately them besides. It takes artwork. And as healing wounds takes time, so too will the adverse thoughts you have heal and disappear besides. A scar like a memory will proceed to be yet this is all. sturdy success!
