The original is in a collection of James Bond stuff owned by Omega, the Swiss luxury watchmaker. It was on display in Geneva last winter.

I think that metallic spray paint and an "apods" would be a close resemblance to the one used in Casino Royal.

I don't know if it is exactly like the one in Casino Royale, but pretty much the best inhaler case you can buy on the open market is by 'Respire Cases'.
