We just dissagree on who is the lesser of the two evils. Im seriously hopping there are no americans on either side of the isle that think any politition puts the citizens ahead of the party or lobyists. If so you need to wear tinfoil on youre head so we know who you are!

I think that most politicians start out with the desire to make a difference. They do not think that they are going into this process to help the rich. It is such a foul system that they get wrapped up in the process. But certainly the system is broken and the bad guys are winning.

Yep. Immigration is a great example. Republicans want illegals because they keep labor costs down, hence increasing profits for businesses who don't pass the savings on to the consumer. Don't believe it. Who here has had their roof replaced recently and said "Wow! That cost less than it did 5 years ago!" Yet, I guarantee you, business owners can show a reduction in their bottom line. And the Dems just want a larger voter base of down trodden whiners who want a handout. So who represents those of us carrying the load in this country? No politician I'm aware of.
