Usually not ONLY b/c the places I go to are at least cultured enough to have a bottle on hand. HOWEVER.... I am a Red Hot freak. I have actually cooked a big dinner for myself, and go to reach for the red hot and I'M OUT! So the food goes cold until I run to the store to get some and nuke dinner later when I get back. really is traumatic when it happens...

No way! I do to! I always bring Frank's Redhot, it's the best. If you think that's good you should get yourself a bottle of Sriracha, it needs to be refrigerated though....

ha, a guy I work with keeps and economy size jug in his fridge and a bottle in the car. I personally, just keep some mcdonalds buffalo sauce in the car for those times.
