There are a few hard liquers I can drink straight up, but I am not a big "shots" person. I like:
- a really nice single malt scotch straight (aka neat)
- Crown Royal
- a nice vodka, IF it was kept in the freezer

I enjoy either a good Russian vodka or a good Bourbon, although even with a really good Bourbon I prefer ice and a splash of water. If you mean straight up no chaser I do like Woodford Reserve bourbon, which has a brandy-like smoothness.

I learned to drink my liquor straight up, the only one I can't stand any more is Southern Comfort, just thinking about it gives my rot gut
