I used honey all time to people,thats how i thank them.If you don,t know there name,at restraunts they bring me things thats how i thank them,same with grand kids do something for me,I say thank you honey your very kind.

number one rule of nursing school and yep i break it . sorry but after u clean-up ppl's most intimate parts or after stick em or putting in catheters,i dont feel bad breakin' it at all.that and im southern pretty much every sentence ends in honey or darlin....

nope. i dont. eghh i dont use pumpkin or sugar but i use baby and sometimes honey to my bf.

i swear, before i had a kid, i was not the type to say these things but after motherhood- idk, what the hell. everybody is sweetheart now. i have to break that because, not all kids are sweet. there are alot of little bad asses at my son's daycare- and they ain't cute either!
