every weekend. It takes about two hours just to clean . We empty the water the same day. I usually have to put the pool over my head and squirt water from the hose around the sides. I am only 5 ft. I can't see anything. We use car wash cleaner and alittle clorox, but its quiet a job. Anyone have any ideas, how to enjoy our little pool, but keep it clean. Thanks. It is hot here!

Walmart carry's chlorine for the smaller pools. Try that.
Make sure he cleans his feet before he goes in (use a dish pan bucket) and get the cover that Walmart carry's for that size.
We had one for years, and finally got so fed up with cleaning that we bought an above ground pool. $3000 later!

I had the same problem with my SoftTub Spa. And I know what you mean, they are a pain in the neck to clean. Even using chemicals does not always do the trick. If I even get another spa or a small pool like you have, I want to make sure I can drain it often and wipe it down. Old dirty water can be full of bacteria. Sorry, there is no easy answer. I got rid of the SoftTub and my fish pond for that exact reason, tooooooo much work.

Well, i bought a cheap mop that I use for the pool. you can mop it out pretty fast. Also, try getting a wading pool to set by the bigger pool and let them rinse their feet IN it before getting into the other pool.It keeps a lot of the grass and dirt out .
