yes, definitely. maybe 20-30 laps daily, and it'll significantly change your stamina after a fortnight or so.

You really should be more specific in what you want to gain from your question. Does swimming improve stamina? Well, it depends on how you swim. Any exercise that you undertake which can keep your heart rate up at 80% maximum for at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week will improve your stamina. This is how you calculate your maximum heart rate: 220 - (your age) = maximum heart rate For instance, lets say you are 30 years old, therefore your max heart rate would be: 220-30 = 190bpm 80% of 190bpm = 152bpm So what you would want to do would be to keep your heart rate at 152 for 20 minutes 3 times a week for targeted stamina improvement. Just remember, exercises you do to improve your stamina in one field will not necessarily make it easier for you to perform in another field. Different muscles are worked when you jump and when you swim, so eventhough you cardiovascular system may be strong, your leg muscles which are not used to jumping are still working extra hard, making you tire easily. You'd still have more stamina than say somebody who doesn't jump and swim, but in short, If what you want is more Endurance in a specific activity, then what you need to do is train your Stamina by doing THAT activity or an activity which works similar muscle groups to that activity.

Swimming, like any aerobic activity, will improve your endurance. However, swimming improves endurance without the impact on your joints that running, jogging, aerobics, and other land activities create.
Aerobic training involves increasing the body's demand for oxygen and maintaining that level of activity for a certain amount of time. The intensity and duration are dependent on your level of fitness and your fitness goals. Optimum workout intensity is determined by calculating a target heart rate based on your resting heart rate and your age. Always increase your intensity gradually and start your initial workouts below your target heart rate. Never increase your intensity more than 15-20% per week.
You should start to see and fell a difference in your training after 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the level where you start and how you increase. The harder you push and the longer you swim, the sooner you will see results. however don't expect too much within the first 3 weeks. The body needs time to adjust to yuor new routine.
The AHA recommends 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to help maintain weight and stamina. Use that as your base. In order to increase stamina you may want to swim 3 or more times a week.
Hope this helps!

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?8R9h
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
