I know, and for the life of me, I can't think of the name of it.

It really works great too!

I think I found it at Home Depot.

It is a sponge type, yellow, but is rubbery. You don't even need to dampen it. Just wipe the screen and all the dirt comes right off. I use it all the time!
Gosh, I wish I could remember the name of it. Just ask them, Lowes, or Home Depot.

They make a window cleaner that you can just connect to you water hose and spray you windows and screen at the same time. Works great.

If it's nice outside I take a garden hose and wash them down, then a long haired soft brush, I soapy them and scrub them, I then simply wash them off. I do the same with the entire window.
If the weather is inclement, I do it in the tub.

Take them out and use a jet nozzle on your hose. If you are in an apt. then take them out and put them in the tub with some degreaser and soap and soak, stand on a towel to dry and put back.

spray dawn soap on, and rinse off with the garden hose.
