Because about 15 years ago they all got together and decided it was about them instead of us. :-( Somehow they were handing out lessons in selfish in school and we didn't even know. Sad, but true.

I don't know about other men. I have been married for 34 years and I would not have it any other way. I pamper. Sorry I am so screwed up! lol

I think they get comfortable or lazy. I don't know. I talked to my husband about it and that among other things he told me to deal with it. I now am seperated and happier than ever. I dropped hints left him notes and pampered him doing the golden rule technique which has worked for some but didn't work for me. Good Luck.

i think somebody has been watching too many sappy movies. so many girls think that its gonna be romance and bliss. woman still do all the work. a woman is lucky if her man helps out. its always been this way. its just that every generation has a different way of showing how they feel but in reality its never really changed. men have it hard to . but need to realize that a woman is just as tired after work and dont necessarilly have the energy to cook dinner then do the dishes and so forth. they need to help out from time to time.

Some do. Women take a lot of crap from their men these days that women wouldn't have put up with a generation or two ago. People will treat you as crappy as you let them.

I believe its what society teach them now a days, men no longer open a door for a lady, woo her with flowers with the "honey I'm home" line, times have change and I see the lack in gentleman in our societies today.

If they want a man that will pamper them they need be willing to find a faithful man to pamper (and treat him like a man).
