Doctor says to lawyer We were born on the same year, month, day, and minute. We were born in the same hospital, hospital room and we have the same 2 parents. We are not twins and we have no brothers. Explain this.

First, the doctor and lawyer are both female. Not sure about the "not twins", though. If they have the same parents, then either they are maternal (one egg fertilised, splits) or fraternal (two separate eggs separately fertilised) twins, but either way they are still twins. If they were the product of invitro fertilisation and two of the fertilised eggs that were implanted "took", I would call them fraternal twins (two separately fertilised eggs). Same thing if the women are the product of artificial insemination - two sperm from the same donor separately fertilise two separate eggs from the same mother.

well they come from 2 totally different families, but they happened 2 be born in the same hospital room.
after they were born one was adopted by the other's parents
