scenario...... you find a backpack off the side of the road while changing your car tire, backpack has $5,000 in it and about 2 lbs. of Marijuana, the cash is in mostly 10s and 20s, 5 small rubberbanded together bundles of $1000 per bundle, also 2 lbs. of Marijuana. what do you do ? remember...... police can charge you with posession with intent to distribute if your caught with it in your posession, even if you call them to meet you to turn it in. what do you do ?

Honestly, if I saw an unattended back pack, I'd call the police anyway. I wouldn't touch it. In this day and age of bombing for religion, I'd want to be as far away as possible.

I say "Finders keepers, losers weepers." Sure wouldn't call the cops. I would keep the money for myself, and give the pot to my boyfriend to enjoy with all his pot smoking friends. I'd also take him out to a really nice restaurant.
