America's biggest problem is the 5th amendment which ol jimmy can lay back on. if i had a choice i'd say lock him up for inciting terrorism or antisocial behavior among the countrys people. better yet, move him to another country for talking to members of such an organisation.

Hamas has killed fewer people than the Americans in recent years and it was democratically elected by the Palestinian people.If you want democracy in the Middle East you can't tell people who to elect. That's self defeating.
