To convert any Kelvin temperature to Fahrenheit, you first need to subtract 273 from the temperature. This will give you the temperature in Celcius.
313 K - 273 = 40 °C
Now to convert Celcius to Fahrenheit, multiply the number by 9/5 and then add 32 to the answer.
(40 °C x 9/5) + 32 = 72 + 32 = 104 °F
Therefore, 313 K equals 104 °F.

I don't know if there is shortcut, but I would have to go to celius first
kelvin - 273 = celcius (273 is just a known number that people always use when converting celcius and kelvins)
313 - 273 = 40 degrees Celcius
the formula for converting to Celcius is
F = (C * 9/5) + 32
F = (40 * 9/5) + 32
solve for F for your degrees in Farenheit
good luck -

First, take the kelvin temperature and convert it to Celsius by subtracting it by 273.
313K - 273 = 40 deg. Celsius.
Second, convert the Celsius to Farenheit by Multiplying by it by 9/5 and adding 32.
40*(9/5) + 32 = 360/5 + 32 = 72 + 32 = 104 deg. Farenheit.

We can do this in two steps. We know the relationship between Kelvin and Celsius. To convert from Kelvin to Celsius, we have to subtract 273.15. So 313 K is 39.85 C
To convert from C to F we multiply by 9/5 and add 32 degrees to offset the scale. 103.73 F

Kelvin is the same as C except that K starts at 0 where C starts at -273. Therefore the same conversion factor can be used as C to F. Which is 1.8c+32=f
Therefore you can subtract 273 from K to get c
313K = 40C
1.8(40c)+32=f
104F

If we are using degrees Kelvin.
deg kelvin - 273.15 = deg. celsius
(deg. celcius x 3/5) + 32 = deg Farenheit.

One step at a time.
First, convert to deg C by subtracting 273.2.
Then mult deg C by 9/5th and add 32.
