The question would make sense if you asked it the other way around: Who DOESN'T hate Bush?
I think it'll be easier to see how many fans he has that way.

I have to respect him because he is my President. As a private person, I wouldn't give him the time of day. I don't understand why he hasn't been impeached for all he has done to this country. Look how he has violated our Constitutional Rights!
