Paris Hilton's sentence was NOT too harsh. She was given many chances to stay out of jail and did none of them. She did not try to do community service or rehab. I do agree that as a society we had a role into putting her so high on a pedestal that she thought she was above the law. By worshiping money, beauty (that is debatable I think she has a face of a chicken), stupidity, and general promiscuity we had a hand in the madness.

Paris didn't deserve everything that happened to her. She's smarter than anyone gives her credit for, shes out there making money of her own, are you seriously gonna tell me you and your boyfriend/girlfriend, have never had some kind of kinky fantasy you acted out? Her boyfriend just betrayed her trust after the broke up and publicized their PRIVATE video. That was never made for the world to see. Everyone... including celebrities are allowed to have a sex life, too bad hers has to become public knowledge. My thoughts and prayers are with her in jail and she'll come out a better person. Paris is a like a beautiful aloof Siamese cat, she always lands on her feet and she has 9 life's!! She's forever beating the odds, and I personally support her and hope to see more wonderful things out of her in the future, her perfumes and colognes are some of the best smelling things on the market.

dude, i totally agree with you! I do not see why people call her a s*ut and all that other stuff! And I really feel sorry for her in jail too! Her sentence was way to harsh! I think she is wickedly hot and everyone who calls her a w*ore and a s*ut and whatever else are just so jealous of her cause she has everything! and even if she did make a sex video...who the hell cares like they have never had sex before? w/e everyone should just quit judging celebs by their money and hotness right?
