ok i play this game its cool yada yada yada but i wanna play with my friend and every single time we create servers the other person cant find it.. we name search look all over the palce but still cant find it please help me out its making me really angry

What is most likely happening is that you have a router and when you create a game it is only created for your network in your home. What you need to do is find out what ports you need to open for JKA and then open them in your router. If you don't know how to open them then consult your router companys website. Once you open the ports you should be able to get in smoothly.
Besides, these days JKA has LOTS of empty servers so you might just want to find a nice empty JA+ server.
