Ranma 1/2, Saiyuki (1st series 50 ep, Reload 25, Gunlock 26), Rurouni Kenshin, The Twelve Kingdoms, Yu Yu Hakusho, Fushigi Yuugi and Case Closed are some anime with over 50 episodes. May I also highly recommend Wolf's Rain. It has about 30 episodes I believe but I know you will enjoy it!

You MUST watch One Piece. It's widely popular in Japan as the manga is still running in Shounen Jump and there are 350+ episodes as well as 6 (as far as I can remember) movies. The animation style may take getting used to but this is by far one of the best animes out there!

rave master- somewat old and confusing but it is funny
bleach- mix of naruto and inu yasha it is currently one of the best anime today
hikaru no go- it is cool
full metal alchemist- is one of the best anime today
naruto- is the best anime
rurouni kenshin- extreme sword fighting action.. manga has alot but not tooo many anime eps.
yu yu hakusho- oldie that has major spiritual action
blood+- very romantic and drama like...u can guess a lot of blood

Its not quite 50 episodes (41) but my favorite anime is Flame Of Recca. really cool ninja anime similar to Yu Yu Hakisho.

I really liked watching the original Dragon Ball. Z was good but mostly fighting opposed to adventuring which Dragon Ball was more about than Z was. GT was alright too.

prince of tennis is a good one and zatch bell(kinda stupid) too you can watch thoes up 2 episode 100 + on youtube
