It's very true...I have several family members and friends who are far away..I think i love them more than anyone nearby..good question...

Oh gods yes.. I have three people in my life that mean the absolute most to me. One is in Baltimore, One is in Texas and One is in California. These three will soothe every wrinkle in my mind, tickle every bone in my body, and pull on every heartstring I have. Each have power over me in different ways. Each have proven a certain kind of love and loyalty to me in different ways. 2 of them are my dearest friends and one owns me.

Yup!
For some reason it is easier to hurt the people we're closest to.
We know they'll forgive us.
But we try really hard to make those 'new', less close, friends extremely happy...because you want to prove yourself.
I know that wasn't exactly the question, but that's what it made me think.

Yes all of them are in N.Y. I am here in Tx. I miss my family so much!!!!! I have no family here..I have friends who are wonderful..but it is not the same. I go see my family every yr. but still that does not seem like enough!
