Follow the advise of "thoratofwinter", and download the free version of Superantispyware.com Excellent at removing spyware not found by others. http://www.superantispyware.com
Also download an excellent free cleaner. http://www.ccleaner.com Run the cleaner and also run the registry for issues. Any issues found will be backed up to your documents as registry keys only.
You are destroying your pc watching porn, as they are loaded with trojans, rogue dialers, etc. etc.
Also go to start, search and type in "jpg", and scan your pc for pictures. Any pictures found delete them.

dump your history folder
Tools> Internet Options> General Tab / Delete
Delete - Files / cookies / history
