Rico and Chico are two separate people or the same person with separate accounts. I've seen them go online at the same time.

i saw that about 2 days ago... someone just changed his name to chico and acted like rico i guess. i liked the 1st rico more then the new ones... he always talked in 3rd person. talking 3 person = awesome.
