I separated my AC joint in my shoulder! I know terrible right!? Well I need to know how long it will be until I can play baseball again and is there any way I can injure it more? Thank you

atleast give 4 months for it to heal
if u play wit a shoulder thts not fully healed,
u may end up wit weak ligaments leading to recurrent dislocations...
a friend of mine had it.. everytime he would try a long range shot his shoulder would pop out..
he had to giv up basketball coz of tht
am not scarin ya..
jus tellin ya..
best consult ur doc..
as i dont know what level injury it is
