can someone tell me how to get my full screen back?

If you have a desktop monitor, try adjusting the size by clicking the menu (is located on your monitor)

if you have a laptop, there should be some secondary buttons on your keypad

Check your screen resolution. Right click on the desktop, select Properties, and under screen resolution, select the appropriate, usually native resolution for your screen.

Hopefully that should do it and it's not a hardware problem with your monitor or video card.
