I am not talking about diseases. I am talking about lymph in the body (healthy stuff) This is for my final project...help soon!

The lymph is in special lymphatic vessels that are not pumped by the heart. These vessels have one-way valves that keep the lymph moving in the right direction. When the body's mucles contract, the muscles press on the lymphatic vessels and squeeze the lymph farther along its way.
