The only think Nortons is good for is excellent marketing skills, as for finding a virus or killing a virus Nortons is pure junk, & a hugh resource hog. Get rid of the junk and install free state of the art technology that is light years ahead of Nortons.

Norton should automatically clean the file, quarantine it, or delete it. But it seems as though Norton may not want to do that. I suggest downloading a trial version of Trend Micro's PC-Cillin and see if that helps. I've had more success with that instead of Norton. trendmicro.com.

Ive never heard of it but I would think Norton has a email for help with such questions.I sure would like to know what it is.
