Ok, I hope I can remember this right. IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient, and it doesn't measure how much you know, but how well your brain is developed to solve problems. Your IQ score is calculated by taking your mental age divided by your chronological age and then multiplying that by hundred. So, you can figure out what age your brain is, based on the maturity of your problem solving. 111 divided by 100 is 1.11, and then multiply that by your real age, and that should give you your mental age. My IQ is 144, so I take 1.44 times 21 (my age) equals 30.24. So, my brain can solve problems as well as an average 30 year old could. I hope this helped!

I would say an IQ of 111 is relatively normal. From what I have heard, most people fall within the range of 105-110. Most people don t seem to actually have an exact IQ of 100 and still have average intelligence. That is why the average IQ ranges from 90 to 110. According to studies, around 65% of people score within the average range.

The best way to report scores is in a range. 111 is considered average as it falls within the average range, although it is at the high end of average. Generally 85-115 is considered average as it falls within the first standard deviation of the normal curve, which the scores are based on.
