i found some white nylon string that had a picture of a boy holding a net with a fish in it.The string is very strong,i have a lot of it(750ft),and It is waterproof,so how could i tie the strings together and weave them so that i end up with a fishing net?

Netting is a lot of work, but it is not hard to learn.
If you string holds the knots well you will find it easy once you got the basic knot.
If you get stuck, do not hesitate to ask your question in the forum I mention as last, the people there know their nets.
