My nephew has Asperger's. His brother is Autistic. Both of the boys go to regular school and function just fine. Since you asked about Asperger's ...my nephew is a star athlete. He is 11 this year and is already on the more advanced basketball team, on the swim team, play the sax, and is a real looker. The only times you can tell he has this problem is when he is upset or frustrated. He can act a bit out of control and very childish. Sometimes I think my 5 year old behaves better than he does. His behavior reminds me exactly of Napoleon Dynamite. He does the whole bit to a tee.

My brother Justin has aspergers. From what i've learned and noticed is most people with aspergers usually walk with their heads down when their alone and they wear shorts and sleeveless t-shirts in the winter and hoodies in the summertime. Sometimes he can be very rude to people and not even realize it and doesn't understand why people get upset. He is 21 now and acts fine. He can forget things that don't matter easily but he usually remembers to do things that are important. He lives with his girlfriend (who is 29) and she has 3 kids (2 sons and 1 daughter) and the youngest has autism and Justin handles him so well. Aaron is 5 or 6 now and still doesn't speak. He doesn't get along with anyone but his siblings, his mother and Justin. Anyways. People with aspergers are usually incredibly sweet and get taken advantage of easily.
I hope i helped at least some. I recommend getting some books on aspergers if you want to learn more.
