"Do you like my avatar"?

2007-06-19 14:58:13 · answer #1 · answered by ♥Pretty♥ ♥Kitty♥ 7 · 7 3

I mostly haunt the performing arts area. Oy, the repetition of questions! Here are just a few:

"How can I become a Broadway star?"

"How can I stop being so nervous when I perform?"

"How do I learn to play piano / guitar / flute / trumpet / bagpipes / kazoo online?"

"How can I get my parents to let me become a Broadway star?"

"HELP! I have to do a play tomorrow, and I haven't rehearsed!!!!!!"

"How can I play this song if I don't read notes or chords or tabs?"

"How do I memorize lines?"

Trust me, there are many more. I like helping people so I've actually saved my answers in a Word documents and just do a few seconds of tailoring when I use them.

It would be grand if each category here had a FAQ page. :-)

1. What are you doing now ?
2. What are you wearing now ?
3. Any question regarding Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and all the other airhead celebrities.
4. Questions that are grammatically mangled. Some of these people cannot compose a simple sentence, and don't even get me started on people's spelling - it's amazing how many people cannot spell common words (maybe that's why they have the little spell check box ?). Too much time in front of the TV and not enough time learning how to read and write perhaps.

I'll vote to ban the song questions, and anything about prom. I mean really, if you're still going to prom, you shouldn't be on these boards.

I really don't care. If I don't like the question, I don't answer it. It's that simple! No need to ban the questions.

Maybe it's old age setting in, but I've grown pretty weary of "first kiss" questions.

Yes, I agree....but, I don't know why a few people don't like some questions, like....Prom, or b.b.Q. parties, slumber parties, etc.etc......Those are the "most fun" to answer.....no one answer is, right, or wrong....and it is fun to....play "pretend", that is one of the things, I like about P&S....love you,..."Aunt Bea" !!!!

It is a little repetitive ....okay very repetitive, but you can always to not answer ;)

i don't like questions that ask not "what's your...." but "what's MY..." as if everyone else is going to know.
